About The Role
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer for Websites and Digital Services (m/f/d) to join our Web Experience team. You will help shape the online experience for CHEFS CULINAR by designing useful, intuitive, and accessible websites and digital services. Working closely with colleagues, developers, and external design partners, you will contribute to the structure, navigation, interactions, and visual presentation of digital experiences. This role is suited to a designer who combines strong visual skills with an understanding of user needs and enjoys contributing ideas in a collaborative environment. Qualifications You have several years of experience in UX/UI design for websites or digital services and a strong command of interface design, typography, layout, and digital interactions. You can understand user tasks and requirements, contribute to design concepts, and translate them into clear wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows. Confident use of design and prototyping tools such as Figma is expected, as is practical experience with reusable components, design systems, or UI guidelines. You bring a solid understanding of UX, usability, responsive design, and accessibility. You are comfortable discussing the technical possibilities and limitations of web interfaces and collaborating with developers. You work independently and systematically, and can explain design choices clearly to different stakeholders. Please include a portfolio or relevant work samples that demonstrate your visual design skills, wireframes, interactions, or prototypes, and make your decision-making understandable. CPUX-UR or CPUX-DS training is an advantage; equivalent practical experience and methodological knowledge are welcome. Programming skills and experience with AI-supported design or prototyping tools are also helpful. Responsibilities Contribute to the planning of page structures, navigation, and user journeys, bringing forward ideas that improve both user guidance and visual quality. Independently develop detailed wireframes and interactive prototypes from agreed concepts, including for service pages, landing pages, and contact forms. Clarify content, interactions, and interface states so that concepts can be reviewed and implemented effectively. Create responsive UI designs using established visual guidelines and components, considering usability and accessibility from the beginning. Maintain and extend reusable design components in coordination with the team, developers, and external design partners. Review designs using user feedback and web analytics, and support selected user tests. Work with developers to document intended interface behavior and support implementation, helping ensure the finished experience reflects the agreed design quality and user flows.
