52.000 EUR The Role Support the successful delivery of boutique development projects across Wertheim Village. Working closely with brand partners, consultants and internal teams, you will coordinate fit-out, reconfiguration and temporary boutique projects while ensuring compliance, quality and timely execution. in this role:
• Manage boutique development projects, ensuring quality, compliance and delivery against agreed timelines
• Manage approvals, permits and technical documentation while maintaining accurate project records
• Collaborate with brand partners, contractors and internal stakeholders to support efficient project delivery What we're looking forWe foster a culture of winning together, and we work hard to ensure everyone is supported to succeed. To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
• Minimum three years' experience in retail development, construction, property or project coordination
• Strong Microsoft Office and AutoCAD skills, with excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Fluent English and German language skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects effectively
