• You own the design and continuous optimization of our website and landing pages
• You build a scalable design system with reusable components
• You develop landing page templates that localize across all markets (DACH, FR, IT, ES, UK, PL, US, and more)
• You design and ship live yourself
- full ownership from concept to published page
• You think in user journey, conversion, and responsive design Who we're looking for
• Several years of experience as a UI/UX or web designer focused on converting websites (portfolio required)
• You think in systems and components, not individual pages
• You build and ship yourself
• Experience with design systems and localization across multiple markets
• You understand conversion and think in journeys
• Fluent English is required (any additional language is a plus)
