You are responsible for attracting and selecting the right candidates for a variety of positions across our international organisation, helping us build strong teams for the future. You know how to connect with people, recognise talent and create a positive candidate experience. Working closely with hiring managers and colleagues, you ensure that recruitment needs are translated into effective recruitment campaigns and successful hires. Your role As a Recruiter, you manage the recruitment process from the initial vacancy briefing to the successful hiring of new colleagues. You combine proactive sourcing with personal contact and close collaboration with internal stakeholders to attract candidates who match both the role and the organisation. What will you do?
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of positions across the organisation.
• Work with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles and recruitment priorities.
• Write attractive, candidate-focused job advertisements and publish them across relevant channels.
• Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media and other recruitment channels.
• Review applications, conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience and suitability.
• Maintain regular contact with candidates and guide them through each stage of the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback and follow-up with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Build and maintain talent pools to support current and future recruitment needs.
• Ensure an organised and up-to-date recruitment process in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Monitor recruitment progress and identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and the candidate experience.
• Contribute to employer branding activities and initiatives to strengthen Farm Trans' position in the labour market. • Experience in recruitment, preferably in an in-house recruitment environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and advise hiring managers.
• Experience with candidate sourcing and different recruitment channels.
• A proactive, hands-on and results-oriented working style.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• A structured approach to administration and follow-up.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to work at our location in Nettetal, Germany.

• A gross monthly salary of €3,610.32–€4,641.84, depending on your experience and qualifications.
• Holiday allowance equivalent to half a month’s salary and a Christmas bonus equivalent to one month’s salary.
