We are currently hiring Croatian + English speakers for an international customer support role with the opportunity to work remotely after onboarding.
Location: Athens, Greece
Start Dates: 15 / 22 / 29 May
Schedule: Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday (08:00–19:00)
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Work Model:
The role begins with a paid on-site training period in Athens (approximately 9 weeks). This phase is mandatory to ensure full onboarding and integration into the project.
After successful completion of training and consistent performance, employees may transition to a remote (Work From Home) setup.
In some cases, remote work from the beginning may be considered, subject to prior approval before the start date.
Important:
All candidates must be based in Greece. Remote work is only allowed within Greece, and working from another country is not permitted.
Salary & Benefits:
1200€ gross monthly salary x14 payments per year

50€ monthly meal voucher
Permanent contract
Relocation Support:
3 weeks of accommodation provided
Up to 300€ financial support (paid with first salary)
Assistance with legal hiring documentation
Requirements:
Fluency in Croatian (C1+) and English (B2+)
EU citizenship or full working rights in the EU
Willingness to relocate to Athens and start on-site
Availability for rotational shifts
