What you bring

  • Demonstrated passion and commitment to work on societal challenges 
  • Experience in top-tier strategy consulting or working on societal challenges with reputable organisations
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree from a leading university and outstanding academic record 
  • Excellent structured thinking, analytical and communication skills 
  • Curiosity, eagerness to learn and passion to contribute to a strong team culture  
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel 
  • Fluency in German and English a prerequisite, French is considered an asset
