Position: Skilled Surface Finisher

Location: Celle, Germany

Field: Defence

Type: Weekly working 37.5 hours

Tasks:

• Sandblasting metal and component surfaces in preparation for painting
• Sealing and masking off areas to be protected according to specifications
• Preparatory work for the painting process (e.g., cleaning, degreasing, sanding)
• Post-painting finishing work (e.g., removing masking material,
  quality control)
• Setting up and dismantling workpieces and fixtures
• Ensuring order and cleanliness in the workplace

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training as an industrial painter, painter-finisher, or equivalent
• Good knowledge of German
• Initial professional experience in industrial painting or surface treatment is a plus
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Ideally, experience with blasting or painting technology
• Willingness to work shifts
• Ability to work in a team, reliability, and a meticulous work ethic
• Physical stamina and a sense of responsibility
• Clean criminal record
