KGaA, we are looking for a Team Lead (m/f/d) Customer Order Management. In this role, you will take on both functional and disciplinary leadership of a high-performing, cross-crop Customer Service Team. You will be responsible for customer-oriented order processing as well as the on-time delivery to all KWS customers in Germany. This exciting and diverse position is permanent, full-time, and based in Einbeck.What you can look forward to:Building, leading, developing, and motivating a high-performing teamEnsuring customer-focused order processing from order entry through invoicing, including after-sales serviceDeveloping and implementing strategies to maintain and further enhance efficient processes and communication channels in order managementEnsuring compliance with internal and external deadlines within the business process (e.g. delivery windows, license and seasonal settlements, etc.)Promoting cross-crop knowledge exchange within Customer Order ManagementCompleted degree in business administration, agricultural sciences, or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of professional experience in order management, customer service, or supply chain management, ideally within the agricultural industryIn-depth knowledge of customer requirements as well as relevant systems and processesInitial leadership experience through team management is an advantageStrong operational, commercial, and strategic thinking combined with analytical skillsWillingness to drive change as well as a results- and customer-oriented working styleExcellent organizational and communication skills, team spirit, and assertivenessProfessional proficiency German and fluent English skills, both written and spokenWillingness to travel within Germany (up to approx. 20%)Challenging projects in an international work environment with the opportunity to contribute innovative ideas to the agricultural industry.Flexible working hours model with the option for remote work (hybrid model).A family-owned company culture characterized by closeness, reliability, independence, and foresight, reflected in an open and friendly working atmosphere.True to the motto "Make yourself grow" we promote your personal and professional development. xjliken Attractive additional benefits such as capital-building benefits, holiday and Christmas bonuses, childcare allowance, job bike, and more.
