Become part of our team.AufgabenYour ChallengesAct as a trusted advisor for our Journey Teams with methodic & operational supportEstablish and grow the "research" focus within the Design TeamDevelop a scalable research framework: Create a structured approach that defines processes, best practices, and tools for research activitiesBuild and maintain a research repositoryEnsure all research activities comply with ethical guidelines and data protection regulations, fostering trust and transparencyEmpower teams through workshops, training, and coaching to adopt customer-centric design methods & support with academy activitiesProfilYour ProfileEducation: Degree in Interaction Design, Service Design, Psychology, or a related fieldExperience: Minimum 5 years in Design Research, User Research, or related areas, ideally in a B2B contextExpertise:- Strong background in both qualitative and quantitative research methods- Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art research platforms (e.g., Dovetail, Lookback, TheyDo)- Solid understanding of user-centered design, Design Thinking, and agile methodologies, including workshop facilitation- A portfolio showcasing impactful research projects- Ability to guide interdisciplinary teams through complex customer insights- Proven experience working in cross-functional teams within agile setups- Languages: Fluent English (C1) and good German skills (B2)- Personality & Skills:- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders- Ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations- Outstanding communication and collaboration skillsDiversity and inclusion are part of our DNA.
