Our products are used in cinemas, industrial facilities, and other demanding environments where quality and precision are essential.ENI is currently undergoing an exciting transformation process: as part of a carve-out, the business line is being transferred to the corporate structure of USHIO Inc. as an independent unit. For you as Head of Procurement ENI (d/m/f), this means a unique opportunity to actively shape this change.Oversee all procurement activities, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and maximizing EBIT contributionLead cross-functional teams and drive cost-reduction programsDevelop and implement innovative procurement strategies aligned with company objectivesPlan and monitor demand pooling to optimize resourcesManage, coach, and develop staff to build a high-performing teamDefine and track procurement KPIs and targetsAct as liaison between parent company, business units, and corporate functionsEnsure regular communication and effective stakeholder engagementWho we are looking forSuccessfully completed studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management or comparableSeveral years of experience in Procurement Management or related cross-functional projectsPreferably background in engineering, physics, or chemistryStrong knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and commercial practicesProven success in leading international and complex projectsExperience managing cross-functional and virtual teamsExcellent communication skills in English and GermanAs Business Unit Automotive & Speciality Lamps we support our vision and strategy by expanding our leading position in the automotive lighting market in OEM and Aftermarket. We are in a global leadership position in the automotive lamps business in traditional and LED applications and offer industry leading products in LED lighting to global OEM customers (e.g. with exchangeable LED light sources). We also tackle new growth opportunities in the Aftermarket with our automotive care and equipment portfolio.
