Then you've come to the right place As a Construction Manager MEP (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the smooth execution of complex EPC projects or sub-projects for plants and factories.Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesConstruction management of high-tech industrial projects with focus on MEP (e.g. electrical systems)Ensuring that construction projects are carried according to schedule and a high level of quality Meetings and correspondence with subcontractors and technical contact for our customersResponsibility for coordinating construction participants and subcontractors, as well as leading the construction site teamSchedule planning and monitoring construction progressMonitoring and ensuring compliance with EHS regulationsConducting site inspections and acceptance inspectionsRecording defects and tracking defect resolution progressMeasurement creation and billing for construction projectsShow your expertiseRelevant qualification in construction (e.g., master's or technician qualification), or a completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, building services engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualificationExperience in construction managementGood knowledge of building codes, local regulations and standards Willingness to travel within D-A-CH region and to stay on site for 5 days during project assignmentsIntercultural competence, team spirit and ability to work independentlyProficiency in German, both written and spoken to ensure an effective communication with German-speaking staff and authorities, good English skills would be a plusValid German driver's license Class B
