The team's focus is to provide the most inspiring, convenient, intuitive, and easy-to-use shopping experience for our customers. They constantly challenge themselves to raise the bar of what is "state of the art" in customer-facing products.What you will doPerform high-quality manual testing for theABOUT YOU Mobile App, covering the whole customer journey Collaborate closely with app developers to understand project requirements and provide input on testing strategiesOversee the quality of the application and contribute to creating a strong user experienceTake ownership of bug reports or tickets from internal and external stakeholders, prioritise them based on their business value, and ensure timely resolutionContribute to the development and enhancement of ABOUT YOU's long-term automated testing strategyCoordinate app release tasks and perform regression testingAct as an advocate for product quality within a cross-functional development team, promoting best practices and driving continuous improvementCoordinate testing efforts to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality featuresWho you areMinimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, testing, and debugging of frontend applications, preferably mobile apps and large-scale projectsProficient in manual testing techniques, including exploratory and destructive testing, as well as automated testingFamiliarity with process and ticketing tools such as Jira and Confluence, enabling effective collaboration and organisationStrong knowledge and experience with testing tools, particularly TestRail, for efficient test management and reportingAbility to quickly grasp complex technical systems, allowing for efficient testing and debugging activitiesDetail-oriented approach to testing, with a strong focus on test case design as well as business value and user experience of softwarePassion for delivering innovative features quickly while maintaining high reliability standardsExperience working with agile methodologies and implementing a quality mindset in an agile environmentExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with diverse stakeholdersFluent in English, demonstrating proficiency in both speaking and writing.BenefitsHybrid workingFresh fruit every daySports coursesExclusive employee discountsFree drinksLanguage coursesCompany Pension PlanCompany partiesHelp in the relocation processMobility subsidyState-of-the-art technologyCentral LocationFlexible Working HoursDog-friendly officeAY AcademyFeedback CultureJob Bikes*Please find free fruits, drinks and coffee in our lovely Hamburg Office / HQYOU ARE THE CORE OF ABOUT YOU.
