We are seeking a talented and motivated Construction Manager - Electrical / Bauleiter Elektrotechnik to join our high-impact data center and life science projects.Role Overview: Coordinating and managing the electrical tradesCooperating and negotiating with specialist engineers and subcontractorsCarrying out and coordinating project quality plans, including benchmarking and inspectionsCoordinating building acceptance with authorities based on inspectionsVerifying invoices based on site progress and write progress reportsCoordinating installations, quality checks, and commissioning of electrical systemsEnsuring compliance with occupational safety regulationsRole Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, electrical engineering, or related field. Alternatively technical career through an apprenticeshipField Experience: At least three years of experience in a similar positionTechnical Skills: Knowledge of project management software, scheduling software, BIM software (ACC, Navisworks, or similar), Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with local regulations, and industry normsLanguage: Fluency in German and EnglishWorkstyle: Strong work ethic with a passion for construction. Proactive, hands-on approach.
