Installation Supervisor

The Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Installation Supervisor to join a specialist installations team based in Neuwied, Germany. This is a hands-on, site-led role responsible for the successful execution of installation and assembly works at customer locations, both in Germany and internationally. While the role has no direct reports, it carries full responsibility for the supervision, coordination and technical leadership of installation teams on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage installation and assembly activities independentlySupervise and deliver fireproof lining installationsLead installation teams, providing technical guidance and workforce coordinationAct as the primary on-site contact for customers and subcontractorsSchedule and coordinate activities with other tradesSupport commissioning activities and monitor site progressManage site documentation and reportingCarry out service calls, repairs and fault analysisEnsure full compliance with occupational health & safety regulations and internal standardsSupport project cost calculations and workforce billingOversee proper site management and assembly personnel controlUndertake workshop and yard-based activities in Neuwied when requiredCandidate Profile EssentialCompleted vocational training as a bricklayer, concrete worker or similar tradeMinimum 3 years’ experience as a Supervisor or Foreman on construction or assembly sitesProven experience managing installation teams and site activitiesFluent German and English (spoken and written)Strong understanding of site safety and compliance requirementsWillingness to travel 100%Valid Class B driving licenceDesirableExperience within combustion engineeringCAD knowledgeForklift licenceWith over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and Manufacturing sectors worldwide.
