Aufgaben Sie arbeiten an der Entwicklung innovativer Testlösungen mit unseren vektoriellen Netzwerkanalysatoren (VNA) sowie dem zugehörigen Zubehör für Verifikations- und Produktionskunden. Sie verantworten die Konzepterstellung, Entwicklung, Integration und Optimierung der VNA-basierten Testlösungen und übernehmen bzw. beauftragen die Entwicklung fehlender Hardware- sowie Software-Komponenten. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng und standortübergreifend mit Kollegen aus Hardware, Software, FPGA-Entwicklung und Konstruktion zusammen. Sie übernehmen (Teil-)Projektleitungen und koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren Fachdisziplinen, Produktion und Produktmanagement. Sie begleiten den gesamten Produktentstehungsprozess von der Konzeptphase bis zur Überführung in die Serienfertigung und unterstützen das Produktmanagement beim Early Customer Engagement, etwa durch die Vorbereitung von Demos für (Pilot-)Kunden. Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Hochfrequenz-, Mikrowellen- und Messtechnik mit, idealerweise in der Entwicklung von HF Testlösungen für passiven und aktiven HF-Komponenten. Das Erarbeiten von Systemkonzepten und der Umgang mit Programmiersprachen (z.B. C#, MATLAB, Python) ist Ihnen bestens vertraut und bereitet Ihnen Freude. Sie bringen fundierte Kenntnisse in der vektoriellen Netzwerkanalyse sowie der Charakterisierung von passiven und aktiven HF-Komponenten ein. Sie zeichnen sich durch eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus, sind teamorientiert und bringen Ihre Leidenschaft für Innovationen aktiv ein. Sie haben Erfahrung in der Leitung von (Teil-)Projekten und sind mit gängigen Methoden und Werkzeugen des Projektmanagements vertraut. Sie sind kommunikationsstark und arbeiten gerne in interdisziplinären Teams - insbesondere an der Schnittstelle zu Produktmanagement, Vertrieb und Kunden.
