DescriptionAt INNIO we offer you: An innovative and international working environmentHealth We Care Program - including company sport activitiesMoving cost support for new employees in accordance with policyGood connections to public transport - station in direct proximity Transportation cost support in accordance with policyOne of the best canteens in the area with healthy and various meals Attractive location in the heart of the alps which provides various outdoor sport and other leisure possibilities Your Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate on-site commissioning parties and activities to ensure safe, efficient, and aligned execution when the commissioning is large or complexServe as the primary point of contact for all commissioning personnel, including company commissioning staff, engineering personnel and commissioning contractorsWork closely with the designated Work Preparator to create and track MyPlant events (including warranty-related events), ensuring correct cost center allocation and satisfactory closureMaintain responsibility for all on-site warranty events during the commissioning phase; may delegate specific tasks to technicians for training purposes but retains full accountabilityOrganize and lead daily commissioning meetings (start-of-work and end-of-work), acting as meeting owner and decision-maker when commissioning activities overlap or conflictMaintain and update the commissioning diary daily, ensuring accurate record-keeping and traceabilityRepresent the commissioning scope in daily customer and stakeholder meetings, providing clear status updates and decision supportAct as the central communication hub for all commissioning-related coordination, instructions, and updatesHold overall authority for the coordination of commissioning activities on-site, with responsibility to direct and enforce reasonable instructions to ensure safe and efficient progressProvide regular progress reports on commissioning scope, milestones, risks, and issuesEnsure full compliance with company and customer EHS rules, policies, and standards at all timesLiaise closely with the Site Manager, customer representatives, and all commissioning parties to support smooth execution and alignmentOwn and manage all site commissioning documentation, ensuring completeness, accuracy, quality, and timely submissionLead and manag the company warranty process during the commissioning phase, including evidence gathering, reporting, and case submissionAt INNIO, we offer a competitive salary package which is far above the requirements of the metal collective agreement in Austria.
