We believe in the power of agile and cross-functional collaboration, bringing together people from various backgrounds to create outstanding digital solutions.YOUR JOBAs Product/Project Lead (f/m/x) you are responsible for managing customer projects in the digital solutions domain (budget, time, scope, resources). In this role, you will act as the interface between the project team and the client.Your job's key responsibilities are:Developing a shared project vision with the customer; you will also advise the customer by identifying and leveraging potentialsBeing an active part of the delivery team and participating as the Product Owner in the scrum-processGathering and describing concrete requirements (user stories) and maintaining the product backlogCreating project plans (using tools such as Gantt charts and Kanban boards)Managing resources, including staffing plans and budgetingEnsuring the achievement of customer value and implementation qualityEnsuring economic and technological sustainabilityPreparing reliable monthly financial reports and forecasts as as well as being responsible for ongoing project controlling and budget executionWorking in an international team, implementing innovative, sustainable solutions for international customersYOUR SKILLSEssential Skills:3+ years of work experience as Product Owner, Product Manager or Project ManagerExcellent communication skills in English (min. C1 level) and German (C2 level)Knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum and KanbanExperience with business aspects in project managementOpen, communicative and balanced personalityStrong intercultural skills and willingness to travel (approx. 15% of working hours)Beneficial Skills:Completed studies in the field of software or business (TU, FH or similar)Professional experience in the area of customer experience, web & mobileEconomic responsibility in a projectPractical experience with agile methods such as ScrumExperience with technical frameworks in the area of Customer Experience, Web & Mobile and a basic technical understanding in the dedicated areaOUR OFFERWhile we're one company, each location has unique aspects and benefits.
