For you as Procurement Support Specialist - Indirect Materials (d/m/f), this means a unique opportunity to actively shape this change.Assist in global technical sourcing activities and ensure compliance with guidelinesSupport central technology departments in projects and innovation sourcingCoordinate communication with internal/external partners and provide input for decisionsHelp maintain stakeholder relationships through documentation and reportingPrepare and support price and contract negotiations under guidance of senior staffUse procurement tools for analysis, reporting, and process supportTrack supplier performance and prepare evaluationsSupport supplier development measures and workshopsWho we are looking forCompleted business apprenticeship with further education in business administration, business management (Fachwirt, Betriebswirt etc.) or comparableInitial professional experience in purchasing or a comparable support function is an advantageExperience in SAP O25 Purchasing Module, with a focus on:Order Processing (creation, modification, and tracking of purchase orders)Data Maintenance (management of master data, updating supplier and material information)Understanding of purchasing processes and business management contextsTeam-oriented approach to work, organizational skills, and high service orientationVery good communication skills in German and EnglishAs Business Unit Automotive & Speciality Lamps we support our vision and strategy by expanding our leading position in the automotive lighting market in OEM and Aftermarket. We are in a global leadership position in the automotive lamps business in traditional and LED applications and offer industry leading products in LED lighting to global OEM customers (e.g. with exchangeable LED light sources). We also tackle new growth opportunities in the Aftermarket with our automotive care and equipment portfolio.
