Über den BereichFür den Bereich "Strategic Procurement directs" suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen "Head of Strategic Procurement direct (w/m/d)" am Standort Ulm.Die Abteilung übernimmt den strategischen Einkauf direkter Materialien für das gesamte Unternehmen. Hierbei wird der gleichartige Bedarf zusammengefasst, durch den jeweiligen Strategy Manager verhandelt und die Beschaffung vorbereitet. Dies erfolgt in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projekteinkauf, operativen Einkauf und Supply Chain Quality, sowie dem Engineering und den Business Lines.Ihre AufgabenDisziplinarische und fachliche Verantwortung für 3 StandorteEntwicklung und Implementierung globaler Einkaufsstrategien für alle Warengruppen aus den Bereichen Elektronik, Mechanik und OptikManagement aktueller Preisbildungen und LieferverträgenDurchführung von Vergaben mit Verhandlung und Abschluss von LieferverträgenSteuerung, Bewertung sowie Konsolidierung von LieferantenSteuerung der Abteilung mittels KPIsÜberwachung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Compliance VorgabenTeilnahme an internen Projekten (z.B. Einführung von IT-Systemen, Durchführung von Kostensenkungsprojekten) Ihr ProfilLangjährige Erfahrung im Einkauf von technischen GüternInternationale FührungserfahrungKenntnis strategischer Einkaufsmaßnahmen und Methoden zur LieferantensteuerungKenntnisse von SAP MM sind notwendigPräsentationsfähigkeit auf VorstandsniveauAusgeprägtes strategisches DenkenSelbstmotivation für Verbesserungen und Umsetzung von VeränderungenAusgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Networking-Fähigkeiten Do you want to become part of a future-oriented company?
