Their role is tactical and strategic and focuses on coordination, execution, and delivery.Your ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & ExecutionDefine program objectives, scope, and success criteria with stakeholdersAlign projects with business strategy and manage them from idea to product releaseDevelop roadmaps and long-term plans for multiple projectsEvaluate customer requirements and create technical concepts and project plansProject ManagementOversee project execution regarding scope, time, and budgetMonitor timelines, deliverables, and coordinate technical support during all phasesEnsure compliance with internal processes and external standardsStakeholder & Team CoordinationCommunicate goals, status, risks, and progress to stakeholdersAct as primary contact and facilitate collaboration across departments and external partnersCoordinate closely with Procurement, Quality, and Production (incl. PPAP delivery)Financial & Resource ControlManage budgets and optimize resource allocationEnsure cost efficiency and financial sustainabilityRisk & Issue ManagementIdentify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues when neededEnsure adherence to policies, regulations, and best practicesPerformance MonitoringDefine KPIs and track project performanceUse data-driven insights for decision-making and report progress to senior managementRequirementsDegree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or related fieldProven experience in complex product development, ideally in energy storage or battery systemsStrong understanding of system architecture and product lifecycle in a technical environmentExperience with industrial standards and regulations (e.g. UN 38.3, IEC61508, EN ISO 13849, EN 1175 is a plus)Ability to think analytically and work systematically across domainsHands-on mentality with a structured and goal-oriented working styleExcellent communication skills in English, both written and spokenA team player with a high sense of ownership and responsibilityBenefitsA motivated company with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes.Permanent employment contract.Personal support and advice from a dedicated contact person at your branch.Stable working environment in an international company.Fair pay and company benefits.A modern working environment with high-quality technical equipment.Does this sound like you, and are you interested in a varied range of tasks?
