Short descriptionWe are seeking an experienced Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) Driller to join a major pipeline project in Southern Germany. The candidate will operate HK rigs (100-ton and 250-ton) for long-distance crossings, ensuring safe and efficient execution according to project specifications.Function descriptionOperate HK HDD rigs (100-ton and 250-ton) for pipeline crossings.Perform drilling, reaming, and pullback operations in compliance with safety and environmental standards.Monitor borehole stability and manage drilling fluid systems.Interpret and follow drilling plans, including steering and alignment requirements.Conduct pre-drill checks and maintain accurate daily drilling reports.Coordinate with site supervisors and client representatives to ensure smooth operations.Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize drilling performance.RequirementsProven experience as an HDD Driller on large-diameter pipeline projects.Hands-on experience with Maxi Rigs (from 100-ton and/or 250-ton).Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and HDD plans.Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.EU work permit and willingness to work inSouthern Germany.Good English skills; German is a plus.What we offer:Long-term project with a top leader in the HDD industryWeekly or Biweekly Payments Transport to work, flights, accommodation and food providedCompetitive salary in line with industry standardsIf this is not the right project for you, please check our website for other projects.Related vacancies HDD Driller23 February 2026 Civil & Infra We are looking for an HDD Driller to join a trenchless project on the East Coast of Italy.
