Accelerate your career Apply todayIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Lead cross-functional projects for the delivery of Power Semiconductor Reliability Test Systems. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk to ensure successful execution. Collaborate with engineering, operations. Drive stakeholder communication and executive reporting. Contribute to PMO process improvements and mentor junior team members. Who You Are:You promote a sense of urgency and establish and enforce individual accountability in the team. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent collaborator management and presentation skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field. Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity. Passion for delivering high-impact solutions that align with business goals. Analytical thinking with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
