Their role is tactical and strategic and focuses on coordination, execution, and delivery.Your Responsibilities1. Strategic Planning & AlignmentDefine together with key stakeholders program objectives, scope, and success criteriaEnsure projects align with business goals and organizational strategyAssume Project responsibility from the idea to final product releaseDevelop roadmaps and long-term plans for the execution of multiple projects2. Project Coordination and ExecutionSupport the evaluation of customer requirements, create of technical concepts and project plansOversee corresponding projects and ensure smooth execution on agreed scope, time and budgetCreate and monitor project timelines and deliverables with key stakeholdersCoordinating technical advice to customers and project partners during the project phases through to market launch3. Stakeholder ManagementCommunicate project goals, status, risks, and progress to stakeholdersAct as the primary point of contact for stakeholdersFacilitate collaboration across interdisciplinary project teams, departments and external partnersClose coordination with Procurement, Quality and Production including the delivery of PPAP4. Financial and Resource ManagementEnsure cost efficiency and financial sustainabilityOptimize resource allocation in each project and if applicable across multiple projectsDevelop and manage program budgets and resources5. Risk & Issue ManagementCollaborate to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategiesAddress issues proactively and escalate then when necessaryEnsure compliance with policies, regulations, and best practices6. Performance Monitoring & ReportingEstablish KPIs and track project performance with stakeholdersUse data-driven insights to measure success and to facilitate informed decisionsProvide regular progress reports to senior managementRequirements6+ years of experience in an R&D environment including proven achievements in project managementBachelor's degree in Engineering, MINT, Business Administration, Management or related fields.Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration is a plus.Certifications preferred but not required: PMP, PgMP, PRINCE, Lean Six Sigma.Experience in working with cross-functional teams and leading development projects.Background in stakeholder management, budgeting, and risk assessment.BenefitsA motivated company with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes.Permanent employment contract.Personal support and advice from a dedicated contact person at your branch.Stable working environment in an international company.Fair pay and company benefits.A modern working environment with high-quality technical equipment.Does this sound like you, and are you interested in a varied range of tasks?
