Summary of This RoleProvides direction to product development and the overall process of the product and services function. Builds products and services from existing ideas and helps to develop new ideas based on industry experience and contact with customers and prospects. Increases profitability of existing products and services to developing new solutions which advance business objectives and client needs. Builds strong working relationships with marketing, sales, support staff, product development and vendors plus senior management and key customers.What Part Will You Play?Manage product launch strategies in accordance to the project playbook and primary measure(s)Serve as an active member of assigned Product Release Teams Understand the scope and operational and systems requirements of cross-functional teams for launchWork with operations leadership to identify project requirements Recommend strategies, processes and solutions for operational impactsCreate operational process and workflow documentationWork with sales leadership to create or facilitate needed materials for sales readinessWhat Are We Looking For in This Role?Minimum QualificationsBachelor's DegreeRelevant Experience or Degree in: Business or Computer Science; Combination of relevant training and/ or experience in lieu of degreeTypically Minimum 4+ Years Relevant ExpExperience in similar business product services and/or external customer/market experiencePreferred QualificationsPrefer experience in a software development environment or in a professional services role. Prefer software or IT background (i.e., degree or experience). Prefer direct experience with doing software development, testing and/or business analysis.
