After growing rapidly in the last few years, we look for ambitious talent to contribute to CYBEX's success story.Your seat to fill: Oversee the entire PMO division within Product developmentIntegrate GTM Data, Strategy, and Insights to the team to provide actionable intelligence, strategic insights, and comprehensive reporting to drive decision-making across all GTM functionsWork closely with executive leadership to align GTM strategies with overall business objectivesEstablishment of project management and interfaces throughout the company for product development, analytics, design, textiles, etcManagement, development and succession planning of teamDevelopment and continuous optimization of efficient, transparent and flexible project management processes and structures in a very dynamically growing companyLiaison person for the executive board and senior management on all global projectsLead and oversee all budget reviews, deviations, project / team structures plus calendar timelines, workflows and scheduling of development projectsOversee quota setting and capacity planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market realitiesPOC with current / new suppliers and other external partnerStructuring of projects into work packages and assigning to responsible persons in the companyOngoing coordination in particular with design, product management and controlling as well as suppliers and other external partnersRegular project status reviews and analyses (in terms of time, content and costs) as well as reporting deviations to the department leads and initiating countermeasuresProvide strategic insights and recommendations via forecasting processes, detailed and reliable projections to senior leadership based on analysis of internal data and market trendsMentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learningSupport the series start-up phase on site in productionYour stroll to CYBEX: Advanced Degree / education in technical studies, engineering, business administration, or similar field15+ years of experience in the industrial and consumer sector strongly connected to Go -To-MarketProven expertise in project management, engineering, and contractor managementExperience in leading and developing senior and international teamsStrong leadership, stakeholder management and people development skillsVisionary with the ability to inspire others and align with strategic objectivesExcellent networking and collaboration skillsPassionate about driving change and innovationResults-driven with a focus on setting priorities and making commercially viable decisionsExperience in process improvement, customer-focused services and project managementExcellent communication skills in German and EnglishWillingness to travel globally when necessaryCYBEX operates globally and has employees from over 29 nations.
