Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your worldResponsibilities:Independent responsibility: Independent management and implementation of the operational procurement of construction services with a volume of up to € 25 million p.a. in Germany and abroadConducting negotiations: Independently preparing, conducting and concluding purchasing negotiations with national and international suppliers and construction service providersFramework agreements: Conclusion, updating and monitoring of framework agreements with construction service providersSupplier management: Identification, selection, evaluation and development of national and international suppliers to optimize our supplier portfolio and expand new and existing strategic supplier relationshipsContract optimization: Regular analysis and controlling of contract agreements in order to prepare new and renegotiations and initiate appropriate measuresCoordination with specialist departments: Professional interface communication with the specialist departments as well as solution-oriented collaboration in cross-divisional teams in the planning and implementation of construction services Contract implementation: Supporting the specialist departments in, supplementary negotiations, complaints and enforcement of claims for damagesQualifications:Education: Completed business studies (also with a technical focus) or comparable trainingProfessional experience: At least five years of experience in the field of operational purchasing of facility management and construction services in the context of complex construction projects or in the CREM environment of internationally operating companies (experience in an international context is an advantage)Specialist knowledge: Sound experience in complex procurement projects in the construction industry, as well as very good commercial, technical and contract law knowledge in relation to contract awards in accordance with VOB/BGB/HOAINegotiating skills: Convincing appearance, negotiating skills and strong communication skills in negotiations with national and international service providers and decision-makersPersonal qualities: Personal responsibility, assertiveness, high performance orientation as well as the ability to work in a team, reliability and loyaltyIT skills: Confident handling of MS Office applications and SAP MMBusiness fluent German, both written and spokenBusiness fluent English skillsMobility: Willingness to undertake occasional business trips (including international ones)The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
