Er stellt sicher, dass alle Betriebsmittel und Dienstleistungen wirtschaftlich, rechtssicher und vorausschauend beschafft werden - stets im Einklang mit den Anforderungen der Energiewende und den übergeordneten Unternehmenszielen. Durch ein aktives Contractund Claim-Management werden Verträge über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg betreut, Risiken frühzeitig identifiziert und Nachtragsforderungen konsequent gesteuert.Das kann der JobSie planen und steuern eigenständig die Abwicklung von Beschaffungsvorgängen für unsere Umspannwerke und Hochbau (von der Anfrage und Verhandlung bis hin zur Vergabe) und sind für Ihre Vorgänge die erste AnsprechpersonAls Verhandlungsexperte (w/m/d) erstellen Sie Verhandlungsstrategien und führen komplexe Verhandlungen mit dem Verhandlungsteam zum Erfolg.
