Due to the continued success and expansion of our Data Centre business in the Nordics area we are currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Control & Commissioning Manager for construction projects to join our Data Centre team in Netherlands.With a market leading client base and the opportunity to take the lead on strategic commissions and high-profile projects, this is an exciting time to join the business unit and grow a career with Turner & Townsend.Responsibilities:Close liaison with Client's representative to fulfil the project's quality requirementsEstablish and maintain good coordination with Contractors and ConsultantsPerform audit/ field inspection to Contractors as requested by the ClientReview and/ or approve all ITP and ChecklistPerform site walk with Client and or Consultant to ensure quality requirements are met.Recruiting qualified QC personnel as requiredPlan for witnessing the commissioning based on the available resourcesPresent the quality related issue to the Client weekly and escalate any significant issue for resolutionAttend & ensure Kick off Meeting of vendors are performedAttend weekly coordination meeting with Client, Consultants and Contractors Attend specific weekly coordination meeting with Contractors, vendors, consultants and Clients in regard to resolution of technical issuesManage the receipt, review and compliance of project commissioning documentation to achieve the necessary sign offManaging the Commissioning ScheduleManage a team of Commissioning Engineers and VendorsEquipment Installation OversightSupervise the installation of new equipment, systems, and facilitiesInspect and verify the correct functioning of electrical, mechanical, and environmental control systemsTesting and Verification: Conduct tests to ensure operational efficacyPrepare and deliver Commissioning reports, progress, issues log and RisksManage the close out of commissioning risks & issues with the Contractors & Vendors.Verify the integrity and performance of critical systemsApprove the finalization of the project based on successful testingQualificationsA Bachelor' degree in engineering or a related field is considered beneficial for the roleExperience in industrial equipment and systems commissioning & ManagementProficiency in mechanical and electrical equipment and systemsFamiliarity with control systems for critical infrastructuresProficiency with a variety of related computer software applications including MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Project, Word) is requiredExperience and proficiency with online document management applications is a strong plusExcellent communication and organizational skillsLeadership experienceConsultant PM experience specifically with a background delivering best in class large scale mission critical projects and have a detailed knowledge of Data Centre pre-construction, build to and handover / commissioning as well as post turn over processesAvailability for on-site workAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
