Unsere Mission: Datenschutz in Unternehmen vollständig neu zu definieren.Unterstütze uns dabei als Senior Implementation & Project Manager (m/w/d) mit starkem Fokus auf Enterprise-Kunden wie Bilfinger, ProSiebenSat1, RWE, GLS, AUDI und der Flughafen BER.Deine RolleAls Senior Implementation & Project Manager übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Einführung unserer Softwarelösungen bei unseren Großkund:innen. Du steuerst Implementierungsprojekte von der Planung bis zum Go-Live und stellst sicher, dass unsere Kund:innen den maximalen Mehrwert aus unserer Plattform ziehen.Du leitest eigenverantwortlich komplexe Implementierungsprojekte bei Enterprise-Kund:innen - von der Anforderungsaufnahme über die technische Umsetzung bis zum Rollout.Du fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kund:innen, Product und EngineeringDu entwickelst Projektpläne, stimmst diese mit Kund:innen und internen Abteilungen ab, priorisierst Meilensteine und stellst die termingerechte Umsetzung sicher.Du überwachst Fortschritte, identifizierst Risiken und leitest proaktiv Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung des Projekterfolgs ein.Du begleitest Kund:innen strategisch und operativ entlang der gesamten Customer Journey - mit Fokus auf die ImplementierungsphaseDu bereitest Workshops und Trainings vor, um Anwender:innen optimal auf die Nutzung der Software vorzubereiten.Du bringst Deine Projekterfahrung aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Implementierungsprozesse ein und sorgst für Effizienz und Qualität im Rollout.Du arbeitest eng mit dem Customer Success Team zusammen, um nahtlose Übergaben und eine nachhaltige Kundenbindung zu gewährleisten.Dein Profil Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Software Implementation, Project Management, Professional Services oder projektgetriebenen Customer Success - idealerweise im SaaS- und Enterprise-Umfeld.Fundierte Kenntnisse inProjektmanagement-Methoden(klassisch oder agil) sowie Erfahrung mit Tools wie Jira, Confluence oder Asana.Einestarke Kundenorientierunggepaart mit strukturierter, lösungsorientierter Arbeitsweise.Du bist kommunikationsstark, souverän im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern und behältst auch in komplexen Projekten den Überblick.Erfahrung in der Steuerung von interdisziplinären Teams und in der Zusammenarbeit mit Enterprise-Kunden.Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.Ein Plus: Kenntnisse im Bereich Datenschutz, Compliance oder Legal Tech.Warum wir?
