We offer you the opportunity to break new ground and develop together.The position is permanent, full-time or part-time, based in Hanover.Your tasks:Support our business to structure and assess AI-related ideas and develop them into mature use case conceptsConduct comprehensive AI business case analyses, including market research, volume assessments, cost-benefit evaluations and strategic fit as well as scalability potentialConduct comprehensive skill and capability check of what kind of AI solution would fitProvide technical consulting to business stakeholders on the feasibility and value of AI solutions, with a strong focus on business impact and technical implementationOne face to the customer: act as trusted advisor and facilitator, bringing together the right stakeholders to move ideas from concept to implementation readinessDetect duplications, synergies, and strategic gaps in the AI use case portfolio to support efficient resource allocationCollaborate closely with IT, Innovation, Data Science and other producing or implementing teamsYour profile:Proven AI experience, ideally in a strategic or consulting role at the interface between business and ITProven experience in evaluating and prioritizing AI use cases, from ideation to implementation readinessDeep understanding of current AI technologies (e.g. LLMs, Platform Technology Stacks, generative AI) and their practical applications in a business contextStrong skills in business case development, including market and potential analysis, cost modeling, and scalabilityBackground in (industrial) insurance, financial services, or regulated industries is an advantageCustomer-centric mindset and passion for measurable impactExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills including the ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical target groupsExcellent analytical and conceptual thinkingFluent in English; German is a strong plusWe know that nobody is perfect and not all career paths are straightforward.
