Unser Auftraggeber ist eine vor 125 Jahren gegründete städtische Wohnungsbaugesellschaft. Mit rund 550 Mitarbeitenden leistet sie aktiv ihren Beitrag, damit Wohnraum in der wachsenden Stadt bezahlbar bleibt. Mit derzeit rund 47.500 Wohnungen gibt die Gesellschaft mehr als 100.000 Mieterinnen und Mietern ein sicheres Zuhause. Durch Neubau und Ankauf wird der Bestand kontinuierlich erweitert. Als Teamleiter in führen Sie die das vierköpfige Team der SAP-Anwendungsberatung im Bereich SAP Real Estate (RE-FX) SAP Instandhaltung und Materialwirtschaft fachlich und disziplinarisch. Dabei fördern Sie die Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden, eine effektive Zusammenarbeit und ZielerreichungIhr Schwerpunkt liegt in den Bereichen Stammdatenverwaltung, Mietanpassung und Nebenkostenabrechnung im SAP-Modul RE-FX. Unternehmerische und gesetzliche Anforderungen prüfen Sie und setzen diese im System um - bei Bedarf mit externer Unterstützung. Zudem führen Sie modulbezogene Customizing-Einstellungen durchSie planen und steuern den Einsatz externer SAP-Berater innen und Dienstleister. Dabei behalten Sie Budgets, Zeitrahmen und Qualität stets im Blick.Sie planen und steuern SAP-Projekte - von der Konzeption bis zur Einführung (z. B.
