Whatever your role is, you are a part of a talented team that enjoys exploring and designing new technologies.Senior Staff Analog IC Design Engineer (d/m/f)Location: JenaYour DutiesDevelop high performance analog / mixed-signal architectures & circuits from initial concept through prototype approval and until production ramp, including design for: manufacturability, yield, test, and reliabilityComplete highly demanding block and transistor level analog circuit design with high order of complexity by oneself, meeting block level design specificationPerform and supervise detailed design, simulation, verification and validation of integrated circuits in collaboration with other team members like analog, layout, digital design and validation engineersTechnical leadership of IC related product development, technical interface to the customer as well as to internal stakeholders, for specification, design, layout, process, test and product EngineeringPrepare documents required for design reviews, internal discussions, test requirements and design documentationsContribute to the growth of the team, help junior engineers learn required knowledge and experience through projects workYour QualificationsPhD, Master's or Diplom degree in Electrical Engineering or microelectronics - with an emphasis in analog / mixed signal Integrated Circuit Design or a similar specialtyMinimum 5 years of work experience in analog and mixed signal IC DesignExperience in system design for integrated circuits for more than 2 yearsStrong knowledge in Cadence EDA tools.
