Fantastic communicator?If this sounds like you then we may just have the career opportunity for youWe are looking for Service Contracts Specialist to join our Service Enablement team in Germany.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation and delivery of new and renewal service contract offeringsProvide support to internal and external customers via phone and emailAnalyze reports and proactively update customersUse CRM to maintain records of all customer renewals, contracts, conversations and forecasts and effectively manage the process from renewal assignment to closureManage customer requests for contract amendments, merges, cancellations, and transfers; escalate to team leader as appropriateBuild and maintain good working relationships with clients and regularly proactively communicate to ensure issues are captured and resolvedBuild and maintain good relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.
