Das junge Unternehmen wächst stark und hat noch viel mehr vor – deshalb suchen wir DichAufgabenDu verantwortest die zentralen Nutzerflüsse der Plattformen – vom internen Tool bis zum digitalen Zulassungsprozess mit >100.000 MAU.Du verwandelst bürokratische Abläufe in klare UX-Flows – mobile first, mit Figma und Untitled UI.Du entscheidest datengetrieben und optimierst selbstständig die bestehenden Journeys mit A/B-Tests, Tracking und qualitativen Insights.Du berätst Entwicklung und Geschäftsführung aus einer zielgerichteten UX-Perspektive.Du konzipierst performante Landingpages für SEO & Performance-Marketing.Du unterstützt bei der visuellen Gestaltung weiterer Assets.ProfilDu hast starke Referenzen im Bereich UX-Design, mit Fokus auf Flow-Optimierung und Prozessdesign.Du kennst dich mit vielschichtigen User-Journeys, erklärungsbedürftigen Prozessen oder umfangreichen Webapplikationen aus.Du beherrschst Aufbau und Anwendung von UI-Standards und Design-Systemen.Du arbeitest datengetrieben (Conversion-Tracking, Drop-Off-Analysen, User Insights).Du bleibst pragmatisch, priorisierst unter Zeitdruck und weißt, wann etwas "gut genug" ist.Du denkst iterativ und entscheidest auf Basis von Wirkung, nicht Ästhetik (Hypothese, Validierung, Umsetzung).Du nimmst Feedback professionell und kannst Entwürfe auch wieder loslassen.Bonuspunkte gibt's, wenn Figma, Untitled UI und Notion schon heute deine täglichen Begleiter sind.Wir bietenJahresgehalt zwischen 60.000 € und 75.000 €30 Urlaubstage pro Jahr100 % Homeoffice/Remote und flexible ArbeitszeitenNeues MacBook Pro, iPhone, zwei Monitore und AirPods für produktives Arbeiten von zu HauseFachliche Verantwortung für den UX/UI-Bereich und direkte Zusammenarbeit mit der GeschäftsführungEin seit 2017 stark wachsendes, inhabergeführtes Start-up ohne FremdfinanzierungKleines, bodenständiges Team mit viel Herz und extremer SchlagkraftEine langfristige FestanstellungJBTE_DE
