Die Arbeit erfolgt in enger Abstimmung mit den Gründern und dem Engineering-Team – mit viel Raum für Mitgestaltung.TasksAls AI Engineer übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Weiterentwicklung und Integration von KI-Modellen in die Plattform. Zu deinen Aufgaben zählen unter anderem:- Entwicklung und Feinabstimmung von LLM-basierten Anwendungen (u.a. Prompt Engineering, Finetuning, Modell-Evaluation).- Aufbau und Optimierung von RAG-Systemen (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) und Vektorindizes.- Integration von KI-Funktionalitäten in die Plattform über Django Ninja (API Backend) und Next.js (Frontend).- Entwicklung intuitiver User Interfaces zur Interaktion mit komplexen KI-Funktionen.- Aufbau automatisierter KI-Workflows (Pipeline-Entwicklung, Modellorchestrierung).Profile- Abschluss in Informatik, Machine Learning, Data Science oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung.- Sehr gute Python-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit Frameworks wie PyTorch, TensorFlow o.ä.- Erfahrung mit LLMs (z. B.
