Für den Ausbau unseres Finance Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Working Student Accounting (w/m/d) - 20h / Woche in Frankfurt am Main Deine Aufgaben: Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Halbjahrs- und Jahresabschlüsse Backup bei der Erstellung der Gruppen Konsolidierung (MATISSE - Packages nach IFRS) für die Quartals-, Halbjahres- und Jahresabschlüsse inklusive Abstimmung mit den Gruppengesellschaften Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäfts der Buchhaltung: Insbesondere beim Forderungsmanagement (u. a. Ausstellung von Rechnungen, Weiterbelastungen, Betreuung des Kundenstamms sowie Überwachung der offenen Posten) Verbuchung der Payroll und Reisekosten für AXA IM Schweiz und Vertretung für AXA IM Deutschland Durchführung des wöchentlichen Zahllaufs und Verbuchung von Lieferantenrechnungen über Gruppensysteme Durchführung von Bankbuchungen ins Accounting System Vertretung bei der Verbuchung von Erträgen, Aufwand, Rückstellungen und Abgrenzungen, sowie Pensionsverpflichtungen Unterstützung bei der geplanten Migration von Unit4 zu ORACLE Qualifications Dein Profil: Laufendes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Finanz- oder Rechnungswesen oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Sprache und Schrift) Relevante praktische Erfahrung vorzugsweise in der Buchhaltung eines Finanzdienstleisters Idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit Finanzbuchhaltungssoftware sowie Konsolidierungspakete , idealerweise CODA und ORACLE Sicherer Umgang in der Anwendung von MS-Office, insbesondere Excel Selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie fähig in einem lokalen und globalen Team zu arbeiten Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Akkurate und genaue Arbeitsweise
