Position Overview

Leading the MSAT team currently in place, ensuring smooth project execution, standardized tech transfer processes, and high-quality delivery to clients. Act as the link between technical teams, site leadership, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee MSAT functions.
• Ensure successful execution of tech transfers from development to commercial manufacturing.
• Establish structured project delivery processes for increasing product volumes.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and maintain alignment with program goals.
• Engage with clients to support project delivery and operational excellence.

Candidate Profile

• 6–12 years' experience in MSAT teams within a CDMO environment.
• Proven experience leading GMP tech transfers to commercial stage.
• Leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Sterile or biologics experience preferred.
• Pragmatic, solutions-focused, and able to work with multiple stakeholders.
