What You'll Do (Real Startup Life)You'll sit at the intersection ofrobotics engineering, operations, and customer-facing work:Help engineers with integration, testing, demos, and prototypesPack & ship sensors, track deliveries, manage inventory(yes — boxes, labels, logistics — real hardware life)Handle invoices & payments : upload to banking tools & DATEV, follow up with suppliers and customersCoordinate with our Steuerberater and keep things financially cleanSupport production & procurement for R&D and customer ordersMaintain parts, hardware, office space, and demo systemsKeep the office running smoothly : organize workspace, demo room, kitchen, and shared areasUpdate documentation, website (WordPress), and technical contentSupport sales & customers with technical explanations and onboardingRepresent Olive Robotics at trade fairs, conferences, and demo daysAct as a trusted execution partner to the CEO (contracts, events, follow-ups, "can you handle this quickly?" moments)If something needs to be done so the company can move forward —you help make it happen.
