(Senior) Medical Science Liaison Hämatologie (m/w/d)

Der (Senior) Medical Science Liaison Hämatologie (m/w/d) ist die entscheidende Schnittstelle von GSK zu nationalen und regionalen externen Experten im jeweiligen Therapiegebiet. Ziel der Position ist die Umsetzung der medizinischen Strategie in der Region, um die Patientenversorgung zu verbessern und wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse sowie regionale Versorgungssituationen in die interne medizinisch-strategische Planung einzubringen.

Gebiet: Hessen, Rheinland-Pfalz, Saarland

Indikation: Hämatologie (Multiples Myelom/Myelomfibrose)

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Proaktive und selbstständige Erarbeitung sowie Umsetzung strategisch relevanter, medizinisch-wissenschaftlicher Aktivitäten und Projekte zur Verbesserung der Patientenversorgung.
  • Einbindung von nationalen und regionalen externen Experten sowie Angehörigen des Gesundheitswesens zur Planung und Implementierung von Projekten.
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung wissenschaftlicher Netzwerke durch evidenzbasierte, medizinisch-wissenschaftliche Dialoge.
  • Erstellung einer regionalen Omnichannel EE-Engagement-Strategie unter Berücksichtigung digitaler Kanäle.
  • Kompetente und zeitnahe Beantwortung medizinisch-wissenschaftlicher Anfragen von Ärzten, Apothekern und anderen externen Kunden.
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei sicherheitsrelevanten Belangen oder komplexen medizinisch-wissenschaftlichen Fragestellungen.
  • Sichtung, Prüfung und Verwaltung von wissenschaftlichen Projekten oder Investigator Sponsored Studien (ISS).
  • Unterstützung der Abteilung Klinische Forschung bei der Identifizierung von Studienzentren und wissenschaftlichen Fragestellungen.
  • Organisation und Durchführung von medizinischen Fortbildungsveranstaltungen sowie Unterstützung von GSK-Veranstaltungsprojekten.
  • Teilnahme an Kongressen und Fortbildungsveranstaltungen sowie Repräsentanz an medizinisch-wissenschaftlichen Informationsständen.

Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten:

  • Medizinische, pharmazeutische oder naturwissenschaftliche Hochschulausbildung, vorzugsweise mit abgeschlossener Promotion.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie, idealerweise aus der feldbasierten Arbeit.
  • Starker wissenschaftlicher Hintergrund im relevanten Indikationsgebiet oder angrenzenden Forschungsbereich.
  • Verständnis von pharmazeutischer Ethik, Compliance-Richtlinien und -Verfahren.
  • Exzellente Moderations-, Gesprächs- und Präsentationstechniken.
  • Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch (mind. C1-Niveau) und Englisch.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten:

  • Erfahrung mit Produkteinführungen und Projektmanagement.
  • Kenntnisse im Finanz- und Budgetmanagement.
  • Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu managen und Ergebnisse unter Zeitvorgaben zu liefern.
