Senior MS Dynamics Business Central Developer

As Senior MS Dynamics Business Central Developer, you will be joining our global Tech team and playing a pivotal role in shaping the technical backbone of our operations. In this role, you will take ownership of development initiatives, optimise complex systems, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive our international growth. This position is permanent and based in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

design, develop, and implement advanced customisations and extensions for MS Dynamics Business Central that support Westwing's multi-country, multi-language, and multi-currency operations using AL and related technologieslead technical architecture for Business Central, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business goalscollaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutionsoptimise and maintain Business Central environments, ensuring high availability and seamless integration with other systemsdevelop and maintain integrations with Westwing's IT portfolio, leveraging APIs, Power Platform, and other toolstroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiencycontinuously evaluate new Business Central features, Azure services, and integration tools to drive innovation, automation, and efficiency

YOU COME WITH

5+ years of hands-on development experience with MS Dynamics Business Central or Dynamics NAV, ideally at a Microsoft Partner or end-userdeep expertise in AL programming, Visual Studio Code, and Business Central development frameworksproven track record of delivering scalable, high-quality technical solutions for complex business processesstrong knowledge of integration techniques, including APIs, Web Services, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)experience leveraging AI-powered tools and services (e.g., Copilot, Azure Cognitive Services, AI Builder) to enhance ERP functionalityexcellent problem-solving skills and experience optimising Business Central performancefluency in English (German is a plus)strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
