Gestalte den Wechsel als Teil des macros AI Competence Labs: Identifiziere gewinnbringende Anwendungsfälle bei Kunden, erarbeite die Architektur und sinnvolle Umsetzungsschritte, und setze diese im engen Kontakt mit den Kunden um.

Das erwartet dich:

KI-Entwicklung
  • Entwicklung von LLM-basierten Lösungen (OpenAI, Claude, DeepSeek) für Finanzdienstleister
  • Implementierung von RAG-Systemen und Multi-Agent-Architekturen
  • Integration in Bankensysteme unter Compliance-Gesichtspunkten
Technische Umsetzung
  • Full-Stack-Entwicklung (Python, React) von Prototypen bis Produktivsystemen
  • Azure-basierte Implementierung mit Fokus auf Skalierbarkeit
  • Qualitätssicherung und Performance-Optimierung
Kundenberatung
  • Fachberatung bei KI-Strategien für Banken und Versicherungen
  • Technische Workshops und PoC-Präsentationen beim Kunden
  • Zusammenarbeit mit macros-Beratungsteams
Innovation
  • Evaluation neuer KI-Technologien für Finanzanwendungen
  • Weiterentwicklung des macros AI Competence Labs


Das bringst du mit:

Fachliche Qualifikation:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der KI/ML-Softwareentwicklung
Technische Kernkompetenzen:
  • Fundierte Programmierkenntnisse in Python (FastAPI, Django/Flask) und moderne Frontend-Entwicklung (React, TypeScript)
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Claude, DeepSeek) und deren API-Integration
  • Expertise in RAG, Prompt Engineering, Prompt Workflows und Multi-Agent-Systemen
  • Sichere Anwendung von GenAI-Tools für Softwareentwicklung (Cursor, Claude Dev)
Cloud & Infrastructure:
  • Profunde Azure-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Azure OpenAI Service, Cognitive Services und Container-Orchestrierung
  • Erfahrung mit Cloud-nativen Architekturen, Microservices und API-Management
  • Grundverständnis für IT-Security und Compliance-Anforderungen im Finanzsektor
Methodische Kompetenzen:
  • Erfahrung in agiler Softwareentwicklung und DevOps-Praktiken
  • Fähigkeit zur Konzeption skalierbarer, produktionstauglicher KI-Lösungen
Persönliche Eigenschaften:
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und systematische Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten für technische und fachliche Stakeholder
  • Kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Beratungsmentalität
  • Selbstständigkeit und Teamfähigkeit in projektbasierten Umgebungen
Sprachkenntnisse & Mobilität:
  • Fließendes Deutsch (C1/Muttersprache) und solide Englischkenntnisse (B2)
  • Reisebereitschaft im DACH-Raum (ca. 20-30%)
Wünschenswert:
  • Branchenerfahrung im Finanzsektor oder regulierten Umfeld
  • Zertifizierungen in Azure AI oder vergleichbaren Cloud-Plattformen
  • Erfahrung mit Compliance-Frameworks (DSGVO, DORA, EU AI Act)
