About the role
We are seeking a talented and creative Industrial Design Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship starting in March 2026. The ideal candidate combines a sharp eye for detail with a strong passion for conceptual thinking, visual design, and robotics.
In this role, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative design concepts and contribute to the creation of final product designs, helping to push the boundaries of what's possible in robotics.
Your Responsibilities
Conduct user, market, and technology researchIterate over user journeys, user stories and user feedback based on prototypes to address their pain pointsContribute to design projects from initial ideation and sketching through rapid prototyping, 3D modeling, and final renderingsSupport mid-level and senior designers throughout all stages of their projects
Beneficial Skills
Experience using 3D printers for rapid prototypingSkills in animation using Blender, 3ds Max, or similar toolsExperience designing user interfaces for physical devices
Your Profile
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Industrial DesignProficient in design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Rhino, SolidWorks, Blender, KeyShot, V-Ray, or comparable softwareStrong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detailCreativity, solid technical understanding, and a collaborative mindsetProficient in EnglishA strong portfolio showcasing industrial design projects and the underlying design processComfortable working in a collaborative team environment, with excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills
