Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.

About The Role

.This opportunity is perfect for those who are eager to learn, grow, and explore the intricacies of supply chain management in a real-world setting. This internship is available for
6 months
, starting in 2026.

Your responsibilities

• Support various operational facets of Embellishment.
• Actively participate in specific projects, offering innovative ideas and solutions.
• Engage in data collection and analysis to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist with meticulous documentation and record-keeping for Supply Services ventures.
• Collaborate with different departments to support multifaceted projects and broaden your scope within supply chain dynamics.
• Plan and coordinate production and packaging materials for DACH, using SAP ECC and Kinaxis RapidResponse.
• Master data setup and maintenance for promotional and standard SKUs in SAP for the DACH region.
• End-to-End Supply Chain Reports to align material planning with demand, optimizing stock levels and procurement timing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with demand planners, logistics, external suppliers, and marketing to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Manage material procurement, inbound deliveries, and overdue materials to prevent supply disruptions and stock aging.
• Vendor invoice management

The experience we're looking for

• Advanced Excel Skills
• Languages: English fluent (at least B2 Level) is mandatory, German is nice to have
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for New Product Introduction, manufacturing, or product innovation.
• Excellent analytical process with a keen eye for detail and collaborative team spirit.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to learning new technology / tools.
• A proactive learner with a positive mindset keen to contribute to our Embellishment success story.

A
