Elevate Our Digital Core:

• Be the Workday Visionary: Serve as the Global Product Owner for the Workday Recruitment application, orchestrating its optimal performance and evolving its capabilities in close partnership with our GBS DPS IT experts.
• Ignite Continuous Innovation: Be the driving force behind continuous improvement, meticulously analyzing service effectiveness, pinpointing opportunities for enhancement, and implementing robust controls to guarantee unparalleled quality and efficiency alongside GBS DPS.
• Strategically Curate the Portfolio: Take ownership of the Workday component portfolio, making critical decisions on functional enhancements that directly align with our dynamic business needs.
• Translate Vision into Reality: Skillfully clarify and define requirements for Change Requests, collaborating seamlessly with Technical Advisors and stakeholders to transform complex ideas into clear, actionable specifications for our development teams.
• Empower and Connect: Act as the central communication hub, fostering vibrant engagement with stakeholders, user communities, and training initiatives, ensuring knowledge flows freely and effectively across our global teams.
• Champion Knowledge Excellence: Maintain impeccable, up-to-date content for all owned and cross-functional topics within our knowledge bases, empowering our first-level user support with the resources they need to excel.
