Stellenbeschreibung
  • Ganzheitliches Eventmanagement: Du planst, organisierst und realisierst Live-, Hybrid- und Digitalveranstaltungen, von Fachkongressen bis zu Webinaren und Networking-Events.
  • Kreative Konzeptentwicklung: Du entwickelst innovative Veranstaltungskonzepte in enger Abstimmung mit Redaktion, Marketing, Vertrieb und externen Partnern.
  • Projekt- & Prozessverantwortung: Du steuerst den gesamten Projektablauf inklusive Themenauswahl, Ressourcen- und Budgetplanung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung.
  • Qualitäts-, Budget- & Zeitsteuerung: Du stellst sicher, dass alle Eventformate wirtschaftlich, termingerecht und qualitativ hochwertig umgesetzt werden.
  • Dienstleister- & Partnermanagement: Du wählst externe Agenturen, technische Anbieter und Dienstleister aus, briefst sie und steuerst die Zusammenarbeit.
  • Digitale Eventstrategien: Du konzipierst und implementierst moderne digitale Eventlösungen und Plattformstrategien.
  • Netzwerk & Performance: Du pflegst Netzwerke zu Partnern, Sponsoren und Teilnehmenden und optimierst die Eventstrategie anhand von KPIs und Reports.
Qualifikationen
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Eventmanagement, Kommunikationsmanagement, Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Eventmanagement, idealerweise im Kontext von Fachveranstaltungen, Messen oder digitalen Formaten.
  • Ausgeprägte organisatorische, konzeptionelle und strategische Fähigkeiten.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Eventplattformen, Streaming-Technologien und CRM-Systemen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und ein professionelles Auftreten auf allen Ebenen.
  • Kreativität, Teamorientierung und hohe Belastbarkeit in intensiven Projektphasen.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
