Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, creative Working Student to support our marketing efforts with a strong focus on social media growth, content creation, brand positioning, and marketing campaigns. In this role you will help grow our company presence on LinkedIn and extend our reach through additional channels (e.g. X or Instagram), support marketing campaigns and events, and contribute to building our speaker / founder positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Management

• Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence: plan, schedule, and publish posts;; monitor comments and DMs.
• Develop and expand into additional channels such as Instagram, X or other relevant platforms; help set up these channels if needed.
• Create and curate high-quality content (text, visuals, short videos) for social media, adapting tone and style to each platform.
• Maintain a consistent content calendar ensuring regular posting and coordination across platforms.
• Monitor social media analytics and engagement metrics; generate periodic performance reports and suggest improvements.

Events & Collateral

• Support event preparation and promotion (for webinars, meetups, conferences, or other community events)
• Help create marketing collateral and materials

Speaker / Thought Leadership & Brand Positioning

• Support "speaker positioning" for our founders Peter and Finn

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree (e.g. Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, Digital Marketing, or related field)
• Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, brand building, content creation
• Creative mindset, good eye for design / visuals, and ability to create simple graphics or content (e.g. using tools such as Canva, or other content creation tools)
• Organized, reliable, able to manage a content calendar, meet deadlines, and handle several tasks at once
• Very good written and spoken English, as English is our company language
• Very good German language skills (B2/C1), as some content and communication require German.
