Deine Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest den Aufbau der unternehmensweiten Diagnose- und Fehlersuchstrategien im After Sales
  • Du definierst Standards, Strategien, und Fehlerklassifizierung, sowie Diagnoseprozesse und -systeme entlang des gesamten Fahrzeuglebenszyklus
  • Du wählst die beste Software und Tools für Diagnose und Fehlersuche aus, entscheidest über die richtigen Systeme auch in Hinblick auf Schnittstellen mit IT, Entwicklung und externen Partnern
  • Du baust ein globales Kompetenznetzwerk auf für Importeure und Händlerorganisationen, für Trainings und Know-how-Transfer
  • Du bringst die After Sales Anforderungen in die Entwicklung ein
  • Du unterstützt im operativen Tagesgeschäft bei der Eskalationsbearbeitung, Ursachenanalyse und Abstellmaßnahmen
  • Du monitorst die Diagnoseperformance anhand relevanter KPIs und verbesserst wo möglich

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium im relevanten Bereich (z. B. Fahrzeugtechnik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Fahrzeugdiagnose, Fehlersuche oder E/E-Systeme – in der Automobilindustrie oder im Bereich relevanter Sonderfahrzeuge
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner Fahrzeugsysteme und Fahrzeugarchitekturen, insbesondere CAN- und Ethernet-Kommunikation sowie Diagnoseprotokolle und -normen (DoCAN, UDS, ODX, DoIP)
  • Vertrautheit mit Diagnosetools und Entwicklungsumgebungen (z. B. ODIS, INCA, Vector, ETAS, DCM/ODX, ASAM-Standards)
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau oder der Weiterentwicklung von Diagnosestrategien auf überregionaler Ebene
  • Analytische Denkweise, ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz, hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Erfahrung im Umgang mit interdisziplinären Teams
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Der HOLON urban ist ein vollelektrisches und autonomes Fahrzeug zum Einsatz im öffentlichen Straßenverkehr. Es ist einer der weltweit ersten Mover mit Automobilstandards – also führend in Sicherheit, Fahrkomfort und Produktionsqualität. Das Fahrzeug verkehrt mit einer Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 60 Stundenkilometern und bietet Platz für bis zu 15 Passagiere.

Der HOLON urban ist barrierefrei und bietet eine automatisierte Rampe, einen gesicherten Rollstuhlplatz sowie auditive und visuelle Unterstützung der Passagiere. Neben dem herkömmlichen Linienverkehr soll der Mover als On-Demand-Verkehrsmittel eingesetzt werden, um so den Mobilitätsbedarf der Nutzer zu decken.
