Quais serão os seus desafios com a gente?
- Liderar projetos de dados com grande autonomia desde o mapeamento de requisitos no contexto de negócio, até a modelagem do banco e disponibilização dos dados;
- Traduzir as necessidades de negócios em soluções e produtos alinhados com as ferramentas e estratégias da plataforma de dados;
- Monitorar tendências e oportunidades de melhoria contínua, garantindo que o time atue de forma alinhada às necessidades do negócio;
- Desenvolver o design das soluções de dados necessárias, dando apoio ao time na documentação, manutenção, monitoramento e otimização de nossos códigos e ferramentas de dados;
- Negociar com stakeholders uma estratégia de dados que gere grande impacto, sempre alinhada com a estratégia da área de Dados;
- Liderar o desenvolvimento de membros da equipe, bem como fortalecer a cultura de dados na Arco Educação.
O que esperamos que você tenha:
- Experiência em liderança de times de Dados;
- Conhecimentos sobre diferentes técnicas de arquitetura e modelagem de Banco de Dados para fins analíticos (Ex. Data Mart, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, etc.);
- Atuação com queries em SQL para resolução de problemas de alta complexidade de forma otimizada, realizando modelagem de dados;
- Experiência em implementação e manutenção de pipelines de dados;
- Experiência com linguagens programação;
- Habilidades de comunicação.
