Im Fokus Deiner Arbeit steht der eigenverantwortliche Aufbau Deines Portfolios von jungen Technologie-Start-ups aus dem Industrial-, Climate- und Deep-Tech-Sektor, die Du langfristig begleitest. Du bist in allen Unternehmensphasen aktiv involviert – bis zum Verkauf oder Börsengang. Du vernetzt Dich mit der europäischen Start-up- und Venture-Capital-Szene, bekommst tiefe Einblicke in die nationale und internationale Investoren-Landschaft und einen einzigaverbessern können. Du arbeitest in einem kollegialen und interdisziplinären Team mit vielen Freiräumen und Möglichkeiten zur Gestaltung und Entwicklung.
Suche, Auswahl und Due-Diligence neuer Start-upsBetreuung und Unterstützung unserer Portfoliounternehmen bei strategischen und wirtschaftlichen FragenDu begleitest die Start-ups bei der Suche nach geeigneten Investor:innen und Käufer:innenPflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres Netzwerks sowie der Kontakte zu Forschungseinrichtungen, Investor:innen und Kooperationspartner:innen des HTGFsMitarbeit in strategischen oder konzeptionellen Projekten des FondsDu vertrittst den HTGF auf Konferenzen und Veranstaltungen
Das zeichnet Dich aus
Ein akademischer Hintergrund, vorzugsweise mit einem ingenieurs- oder naturwissenschaftlichen Schwerpunkt und mehrere Jahre BerufserfahrungStart-up-Erfahrung, Erfahrungen im Bereich der Finanzierung von jungen Technologieunternehmen oder (Führungs-)Erfahrung aus der Industrie wie z.B. aus Forschung und Entwicklung oder Product-ManagementLeadership-Skills – Du kannst Dich selbst und andere entwickeln, Du denkst strategisch und analytisch und siehst in Fehlern LernpotenzialRelevante Netzwerkkontakte z.B. zu potenziellen Co-Investoren, Hochschulen, (Industrie-)Verbänden u.a.Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken – um gemeinsam mit Gründer:innen am Erfolg der Ideen zu arbeitenVertriebliches Geschick und Abschlusssicherheit, sowie ein tiefes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche ThemenHervorragende Kommunikationskompetenzen – um in herausfordernden Verhandlungen erfolgreich aufzutreten und die Interessen Deiner Portfoliounternehmen und des HTGFs zu vertreten
