We are looking for a
motivated Sales Agent
to join our team on a voluntary internship basis, helping us drive subscriptions and adoption of our SaaS platform while gaining hands-on experience in startup sales and SaaS business development.

Your Role

As a Sales Agent, you will be at the forefront of our revenue generation. You will interact directly with potential customers, support marketing campaigns, and help convert leads into paying subscribers. This is a hands-on role with exposure to strategy, sales operations, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers worldwide, with initial focus on Germany
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales leads
  • Support campaigns to attract new users to the AI Bonding platform

Customer Engagement & Conversion

  • Present our SaaS solution to potential customers
  • Conduct product demos and explain features and benefits
  • Convert leads into subscriptions while tracking performance metrics

Sales Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain records of interactions in CRM tools
  • Report weekly on leads, conversions, and key metrics
  • Provide insights to improve sales approach and campaigns

Collaboration & Growth Support

  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and growth strategies
  • Support the team in scaling subscription targets

Your Profile – Must-Have

  • Fluent in
    German and English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
  • Interest in SaaS, AI, or tech products
  • Comfortable reaching out to new prospects and handling rejection

Nice-to-Have

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and basic reporting
  • Interest in startups and digital products
